TUTELA DIGITALE (hereinafter COMPANY) is interested in outlining how it manages the website, with particular reference to the aims and methods by which the personal data of the people who use it are collected, recorded, and used.; this document refers exclusively to the website, (hereinafter also the “TUTELA DIGITALE website”).

The website TUTELA DIGITALE in its capacity of Data Controller of the personal data collected therein, with headquarters in Bologna, Via San Vitale n. 23 is controlled and managed by the company Studio Up Web Design Milano, with headquarters in Via Esopo 8, Milan.

This POLICY (privacy policy), aimed at those who interact with the web services of TUTELA DIGITALE, intends to meet the requirements of the Re. UE n. 679/2016 (the “Regulations”) and Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”), and is also in line with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46 / EC, adopted on 17 May 2001, in order to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online; in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.
